"Marie, however, was unwell, which was a bit of a letdown. She alone carried the performance and did an incredible job. We were surprised by the length of the concert due to only one artist. She continued performing until midnight. Just before midnight, she declared, "Let's extend this celebration," and shared some deeply personal songs and anecdotes. At midnight, we celebrated the new year at the concert. Throughout the evening, I was thoroughly impressed by Marie's singing, dancing, and casual conversations. It was a lovely way to spend New Year's Eve.
In 2026, Mystic Lake plans to bring back Blue October and Marie. All attendees received vouchers for a future show with no expiration date. We are encouraged to return for another enjoyable experience.
